Gregory Nash is a creative director, producer and programmer with more than 35 years’ experience in venues, festivals and cultural organisations in the UK and internationally. 


Until January 2020 he was Creative Director for the British Council at its London HQ and, previously, Director Arts for its Wider Europe region, based in Istanbul. 

Now an independent consultant, Nash works with individual creatives, companies, organisations and venues on forward planning, programme and team development and organisational change.

Recent projects include international strategy development for Edinburgh International Festival and Phoenix Dance Theatre; a successful London Borough of Culture bid for Hammersmith and Fulham; an organisational review for the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod; business development support for Chris Goode & Co and Theatre Re; and the facilitation of trustee away days for the Shoreditch Town Hall and Trowbridge Town Hall cultural venues.

Nash is a trustee of Eclipse Theatre, chair of the National Dance Network and an associate consultant at people make it work.
